PLEASE do lunch! I have such a bad relationship with lunch because I don't have time to cook, I don't like most leftovers (especially meat), and I have trouble digesting unsprouted bread-type products.

Unfortunately not for me as I am doing intermittent fasting and start with lunch each day working towards OMAD. Maybe I’m different but I would have to have the whole packet of oats to feel satisfied and eating anything sweet makes me feel so hungry after 1 hour. After I moved to keto I feel so much less hungry and really enjoy fasting for longer periods of time, something I could never do before. Hence bulletproof coffee for me in the morning and lunch at 12 or 3 pm

@@laimasher8915 I do a simple one by taking a spoon of butter or coconut oil and some fresh cream plus french press coffee and mixing it. Sometimes people put it in a blender to have it more creamy. There are many versions; I have seen also people adding protein powders or external ketones to their coffees and artificial sweeteners such as monk fruit, stevia or erithritol etc.

For the avocado toast you should definitely try Tajin! All it is is chili lime and salt you can find it in your produce section at a grocery store. But a little bit of that sprinkled on top is amazing! I also usually like to add a little bit of micro greens some hemp seeds or even a touch of Sriracha! Yum! Thanks for sharing some great meal ideas. Im picking one to do today :)

I would love more videos like this! Also I have a question. I recently discovered that I don't tolerate eggs well and my doctor just told me to listen to my body and not eat them. But it makes my healthy breakfast options pretty slim and I get sick of smoothies and oatmeal. I want to have more protein in my breakfast and have it taste like breakfast. I am hardly ever in the mood for meat in the morning. What are some egg-less recipes you would recommend to get my protein in the AM?

I’m definitely making that avocado toast again 😋. I love to sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the avocado. I normally don’t put egg but I’m definitely putting egg next time, and I like to use Tabasco on my fried eggs 🍳

If I’m making nut milk, such as almond or cashew milk, I will. But for chia seeds and the walnuts in this video I did not soak them (besides the chia soaking in the oatmeal and in the jam)

My husband & I LOVE Cholula! Haven't had avo toast in a loooong time, too long. Must rectify that. I would top mine with sauteed garlicky greens and a spoonful of kraut, all on rye.
