Pasta ingredients I used
20 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 box barilla protein penne
1/3 cup rays no sugar added bbq sauce
2 tbs honey
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup lactaid 2% milk
1 cup fat free shredded cheddar
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup velveeta shreds
2 cups spinach
Recipe is for 5 days meal prep total calories for all 5 days
2,945/5=
589 per serving.
