I love that you addressed that this is ‘meal ideas’ and not everything you eat. So many people don’t give that impression in these videos! So important for those with eating disorders or in recovery. Thank you so much 🥰

@@bhanemmi her title is actually what she eats but if you see she has made very varied meals and mentioned of taking ideas. Most people just repeat the same breakfast or left over dinner and say what I eat but she made the effort in this video to make sure not to repeat a lot in a week. Just to cover as many meals as possible for everyone out there
@bhanemmi

@@ishikayadav9311 i said that because this comment says that she has adressed this as “meal ideas” whereas the title is still “what i eat” which is kinda misleading; becuase she has a different approach in her comments and a different one in her video itself

I loved how you kept in the background noises while cooking instead of just putting music over everything! Hearing snippets of your conversations with your housemates whilst you were cooking gave the video such a cosy, homely feeling. It made it feel more realistic! I also wouldn't mind if you showed some of your snacks every once in a while too, snack ideas are what I struggle with the most personally haha!

Nobody can be happy all the time and that's okay. Sometimes we need a little jump start to get our happy on. Here is a list of 10 things that will make you happy right now! 1. You are alive so take some breathes and feel the air in your lungs. You are still here! Be happy that you are alive. 2. Spend time with family & friends. Spending time with family & friends can lift your spirits and brighten your day 3. Go outside. Breath the air. Soak in the sun. Fresh air and sunshine can lift your mood and your spirits giving you a new perspective. 4. Get some good sleep. Good sleep and rest can lift your mood and make you happy. 5. Help someone else. Helping others makes us feel good about ourselves and happy to be able to make someone else happy. 6. Smile and give or get a hug. Just smile. A small smile can turn into a bigger smile. Give someone a hug or accept a hug from someone else. There are multiple studies that show contact with others raises happiness! 7. Be thankful for the small things in your life. Count your blessing and you will find you have much to be happy about 8. Listen to Music. Listen to your favorite upbeat tunes. Science has proven that music can lift our moods and make us happier. 9. Get moving. Exercise is proven to lift your spirits. It doesn't have to be three hours of weight lifting. Just get up and move. 10. Find joy in your present moment. Your life may not be perfect or exactly what you want it to be yet, but you can decide to find joy and happiness in this present moment. Many people have it harder than you do and they would love to only have your burdens.

@@ireneespinosa5485 this is why many people are discouraged to avoid plastic or say they are. No need to judge everything someone does when they're aware of it. if it happened she was shopping at that place and really needed the bananas as she said she has at least one daily she won't buy some just to wait three days for them to ripe. doesn't matter anyway. she is avoiding plastic in other ways, i'm sure. This is the firs video I see of her but the plastic issue on the internet has generated so much hate among vloggers for a while now.
