WHAT'S FOR DINNER THIS WEEK?!
Here's a fun and realistic look into dinner this week. These meals are typically never really planned out and often based on what I have in the house and how much energy I have. This week was a yummy one, I hope you got some inspiration!
MONDAY:

TUESDAY:
BLT with Pickle :)
WEDNESDAY:
Roasted chicken thighs, asparagus, and crispy potatoes
-Roast chicken at 375F for 40-50 minutes depending on the thickness of your chicken. Broil at the end for extra crispy skin.
-Boil potatoes until fork tender, place on an oiled sheet pan, smash, season, bake at 450F for 25-20 minutes or until you they are to your desired crispness.
THURSDAY:
Texas Roadhouse! Critters and ribs combo with two sides of corn and a million rolls.
FRIDAY:
Baked Camembert with garlic and rosemary and toasted sourdough
-Top cheese with chopped garlic and rosemary, bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is gooey and melty.
