I had near perfect body and diet most my life, then gave up on diet and exercise late 30s...I got fat and lazy and was riddled with pains and medical issues like cholesterol and nervous system issues. I finally had enough of being my own victim and have changed those habits back to wise choices with discipline. Your videos along with many others videos has helped me remember who I am. This transformation is new to me, I never knew that side of life. It is interesting to pay attention to and feel as I return back to health through diet and exercise. Its not as easy as I thought it was then, and results seem to be slower the further from my goals I am...so it does get easier. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me help myself. That goes for anyone setting an example and being proud to do so, it drives me to be my best.

From Monday through Friday .. Another key was THE PIG day was on Saturday where I ate all I wanted 😁 .. [ aprox eating 3,000 to 3,500 calories ] Then Sunday was detox clean up day eating only 1,000 Cal ... Then, back to 5 days, eating 1,800 Cal and daily workouts! Right now, I am at 250 heavy and setting my mind to 2023 ! JAN FEB MARCH I will lose 35 pounds, then Abril May 18 pounds to reach my 2023 goal of 200 lbs ... Hi Chris Thank you for this incredible video it’s exactly how I love my food groups however I have been going back and forth with my diets and lifestyle choices and probably half the reason why I’m not consistent since 2020 started and jumping all over the place with my diets. I am at my best when I’m consistent with how you eat however when it comes to the female cycle it throws me off and if I give into any temptation of carbs I’m back on the yo yo cycle at the same time I don’t crave carbs or sugar, I feel crap after consuming these and very bloated too. I recently paid a fitness coach to draw me up a nutrition plan. It’s been 8 days and I put on 6 kilos ! I’m 5’9 and weight 76 kilos right now thigh is too much. She gave me 1530 calories to consume a day and the meals looked like: Calories - 1530 Protein - 133g Carbohydrates - 121g Fats - 57g Fibre - 25g Example meal plan; Meal 1: 45g x Noshu low carb pancake mix (dry) 50g x Blueberries 35mls x Queens maple syrup Snack: 50g x Brazilian nuts Meal 2: 125g x Raw Coles chicken breast steaks (lemon & herb) 100g x Raw broccoli 100g x Raw sweet potato 50g x Avocado 7mls x Olive oil Snack: 160g x Yopro vanilla yogurt 300g x Watermelon Meal 3: 200g x Raw eye fillet steak 100g x Raw broccoli 50g x Avocado 7mls x Olive oil Snack: 40g x MN casein custard 100g x Raspberries Does this look like something that can make me loose fat when I already feel fuller and bloated constantly. I’m pretty active most of the time but my job is sitting down for 8 hours a day at the desk. Is there anything you can help with. I love how you eat and how toned and lean you are. I need to get to the best shape of my life before Dec this year. Please help, happy to pay.

Quick question- I train hard 6 times a week including cardio, HIIT, and strength training and I eat very healthy and on a caloric deficit... If you wanted to have a few nights out with your friends, what are your thoughts on having drinks and the occasional 'cheat' meal at dinner? How does this effect your training and do you have the occasional alcohol?

I saw this asked somewhere else. In this case it was recommended to have something like a shot, low in calories basically. Whisky on the rocks, with soda etc. is an example. And don't mix drinks because that wrecks havoc. On the other hand a glass or two of wine should be just fine too.

One of the most important things to know about cutting fat out of the diet is that it has been shown to cause memory issues, increase risk of stroke and heart attack, and most importantly it increases the change of dementia later in life. I feel like the 0 fat fad of the 80s and 90s really contributed to my moms dementia. It didnt run in any of our families and the only change I could find was that.

I’m still in okay shape (male, 5’10”, 173lbs). My diet absolutely needs some adjusting, and luckily a lot of the options you choose agree with my body aside from one (Crohn’s Disease and IBS make it difficult to eat and digest a lot of things). The only one that doesn’t really agree with me is broccoli (horrible acid reflux and heartburn almost instantly). Any recommendations on things I can replace it with? 🙏🏻💪🏻

Gonna try a diet with these food groups. I've cut sugar from my diet but I do drink a shit ton of coffee!😆 I think the answer to people finding cardio boring is shadow boxing. Obviously it's not convenient for most to be sparring too often. Sparring and indeed boxing training I would say is some of the most beneficial and intense workout activity. Shadow boxing however can be done anywhere as a great cardio workout and a chance to improve form. I try to vary between loose/relaxed combination SB and force intent striking. It's exhausting but dynamic and never boring, great morale booster too!

@chrisheria CHRIIIIISSSSSSS! I have a very good point to question here. Some of these meals have have huge protien sources , ie chicken 50g And you had said maybe these foods cut across 3 meals ... BUT what about protein absorbitian. (anyone correct me if im wrong ) but the most we can absorb is around 10g per hour/generally its said that if you eat over 25-30 grams per serving, any additional P would be wasted . So for a simple example scenario - lets say we needed 150 g of P . We made this over 3 big meals, each with 50 grams per meal. Wouldnt half of our daily protein intake be wasted??? you maybe only absorb 85 of the 150 Im all open ears

What I can tell from my own experience, You can be exactly as shredded and performant as Chris on a low Protein/Low Fat high carb diet. What matters is consistency. I can push myself longer and stronger on a low protein diet, maybe I even have to, to get the same results as Chris 😆

My husband goes to gym all the time n for hours, but he doesn’t eat well, now that he has high cholesterol I’m hoping he will change his eating habits. He’s a chef so it’s a bit hard for him. 5 years ago we both got shredded n it was dedication. Now it’s harder for me n it’s hard for him
