as always, with this what i eat in a day vlog, I want to show you that there's more to life than eating like a model, losing weight and trying to change your appearance to fit unrealistic beauty standards. here's to eating intuitively, prioritizing nourishing foods, and allowing yourself to have complete food freedom :)
