This weeks meal prep: protein turkey egg and sausage bagels and copy cat harissa honey chicken bowls from cava 🥣 and each meal took a little under and hour to prep!
PROTEIN BAGEL:
2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 ½ cups plain greek yogurt
Egg wash
Everything bagel seasoning
5 eggs
5 egg whites
5 slices favorite cheese
5 turkey sausage slices
Harissa Honey Chicken:
1-2 tbsp Harissa paste
1 tbsp Honey
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Cumin
½ tbsp Olive oil
3-4 cloves Minced garlic
1 tsp Coriander
⅛ tsp all spice
RICE:
Salt
½ tsp ground Saffron
1 tbsp water
Tzatziki:
1 cup greek yogurt
2 lemons squeezed
1 Cucumber grated and strained
Fresh chopped Dill to taste
Cucumber Tomato Salad:
Grape tomatoes
Cucumber
Salt and pepper to taste
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
1 Lemon squeezed
feta cheese
