I have given up non-veg(meat) totally and don’t even consume egg, for almost 4 years now. Been trying to give up alcohol…and it’s now 70 days with zero drop alcohol… and most likely I will never have alcohol again… Next challenge is Sugar .. that would mean no cold coffee no ice creams no cakes etc etc.. but I am sure I will soon do that too

I have stopped using processed sugar for almost a year now. I do eat honey and jaggery though. It’s been a life changer. I was never overweight but I do feel light and more relaxed now.

Quitting sugar is really hard thing .headaches,migranes,low bp,mood swing, angry, low interest.... I quite it was really hard for me. Instead of sugar I take fruits.

Main ne 2 months tak chini use nahin ki, iski jaga gur istemal ki. Sath main luke warm water use karna start kiya. Cold water use nhn kiya. Mera body weight reduce ho gaya. Aik dost ne kaha aap to buhat slim ho gay. Deep sleep ke liye paon kay talwon ki oil se 30min massage ki. Jis se quality sleep ati thi.

it's been 12 days since I am with 0 sugar. No Added Sugar, no biscuits, cookies, mixture, ice creams, cold drinks, and no eating out. I have already seen a lot of changes. Before this I had no idea Sugar was so addictive. The first 7 days were really bad but now I don't feel like having it.

2 years ago i also took challenge of 100 days no sugar ....i succeeded after that i left sugar fully and now hate sugar and only eat sugar in very less amount during any occasion which is very rare once a 3 months, it has endless benefit and reduces fat way faster....another one thing i left was maida ...maida is also very harmfull so if anyone can leave sugar and maida then good health is half done there only

I promote not to eat sugar to everyone around me. I cut down on sugar by 95% from 12-15 years. I take good amount of protein and am 40 yrs now. My skin quality and body stamina is better than my other similar age people. If I want to eat sweet, I take jaggery powder and occasionally sugar.

@@nikhil7312 bro, you'll not believe me but I just lost literal 5 kgs in 1.5 months only by quitting sugar and eating less junk food( btw, I haven't quit it completely) . And I ate Homemade food very much whenever I felt hungry . And did a very little workout. It really helped me . ✅ Extra tip : you can eat sweet things sometimes 😜 because we are Indian and we can't miss the sweets of holi, Diwali and marriages . But you should eat less amount. It doesn't mean that if you are eating once in a while you can eat a lots of sugar. Note : If your goal is weight loss, quitting sugar will help you achieve your goal easily but don't think that it can save you from not doing workout. It will only help you lose 2-5 kgs initially. but later on you also have to do workot.

Last 2 months sugar chora tha but January ke last week pe 4 sadi me jake sab ulta ho gaya😋
my life actually changed in positive ways after I stopped consuming sugar items on daily basis, first my body fat reduced and 2nd I started feeling more energetic so quitting or controlling sugar really works if one wants healthy body

Tea and coffee, when consumed in moderation without sugar, provide antioxidants, improve focus, support liver health, help flush out toxins, and should be enjoyed before 3 pm to avoid sleep disruption.

Gentlemen, It is with great pleasure to inform to you that, I have successfully completed 21 days No Sugar Challenge. Initially consumed Honey for tea, then gradually moved on to Green Tea. For sugar cravings, i consumed Fruits, Raisins and Banana. Feeling happy and Thin/light. I can see the positive changes on my face skin and body. Thank you very much Yatinder Sir. 🤗
