Rapidly becoming my morning ritual to watch your content! Would you consider doing one on setting up lightning email template builder? I haven't had much luck tracking down good resources.

Thanks, Andy! A good cup of coffee and Salesforce tutorials is a good way to start the day. Happy to put together a video on the lightning email builder. Are you thinking of the drag and drop builder or the base functionality? Also, are you using it with Pardot or just Sales Cloud?

@@Rotive this is likely where I'm misunderstanding the situation. I do not have pardot, but we have a mix of foundation enterprise edition and sales & service cloud licenses. If the drag and drop is part of pardot then that answers my question :)

@@krollo Actually you don't need Pardot to use it. You just need Professional edition or higher and the permission: Access Drag-and-Drop Content Builder. You'll need to create a permission set with that permission to give access to it.

@@Rotive Right okay, I got that far, can't seem to actually locate it? It doesn't appear as an option in the drop down when selecting an email template. Thanks for going in to so much detail!

All good, new templates with the permission set enabled do have the option, templates pre-permission set seem to not, but I could be wrong about that! Thanks again for your help!

Hello Brian! You said for junction object we need two lookup but in actual we need two master detail to create a junction. Lookup and master detail both are different, aren't they?

Great question, Ali! Either will work actually. Or you could do one Master/Detail and one lookup. Master/Detail has benefits because it's always required and you could automatically delete the junction record when you delete the master record. However, Master/Detail lookups are not strictly necessary in order to create a junction object for the purpose of creating a many to many relationship. Sometimes you won't be able to use Master/Detail lookups. For example, you might want a junction object between a lead or contact and another object. Sometimes you'll have a lead. Sometimes you'll have a contact, but never both. You'll need to use regular lookups there.
