I'm making plans as well to purchase a mill. I'd like to talk to you about it when the time comes. I haven't been around a mill in at least 30 years or so. I have a 13" South Bend Lathe that I have been going through and what a tough job when you are 71 years old and have plenty of physical issues standing in the way. I guess In the meantime I should look around for some instructional literature or videos. The mill you have for sale for $24,950 is beautiful. I keep coming back to look at the pictures. Way out of my price range and age has a lot to do with it. What a bummer to buy a mill and possibly have my wife plan a funeral for me LOL Thank for the great video and sharing what to look for. I'd buy one from you today if I had the space. What a great pleasure to see these machines get serviced the way you do this.

Nice to see some guys rebuilding these quality machine tools. However one can buy brand new Taiwanese.(Microcut) Bridgeport style 5HP machines with all the bells and whistles for 25,000CDN.

Very nice work! I’m gonna contact you about some parts I’m looking for soon for my 19” leblond regal servo shift. Need a steady rest for sure and want to get your take on how involved it would be to convert it to the later model quick change box (or gearing be it may) that can do metric or inch threading. Leblond told me something like $5000 for like 7 gears and few parts which is impractical being that’s about what the machine is worth give or take a bit.
