I appreciate the criticism. I enjoy learning new ways of thinking and understanding. Is there another way you have heard to explain the concepts that is more clear? I would enjoy checking that content out. Also have you seen my videos on specific muscles and their passive and active insufficiency positions? They are newer and I think I do a better job so let me know what you think.
