if you have started working in the NHS and you are a international medical graduate you must be hearing about Appraisal in NHS, appraiser and ReValidation.
After passing OET and clearing PLAB 1 and PLAB2 when you start your first NHS job, so this is the first thing you will be here in first meeting with educational or clinical supervisor.
It is very important to keep your GMC registration, This happens every year. So to keep your GMC registration you have to do at least three appraisals in five years time and every year your appraiser will write a report for you. After five year depending upon your appraisal reports, your hospital appraisal and revalidation department will write to GMC if they are happy with your performance or not and on the basis of their report, GMC will give you Registration for next five years.
After having first NHS Job you can go for it.
