Thanks for this video. I've reached the point where I'm constructing sentences using indefinite articles and trying to get the tanween correctly applied. It's not easy but I'm making progress.

At the end of a sentence, only -an will be pronounced (as a long ā, as in Quran). The other endings aren't pronounced then. This is called pausa in English and I think waqf in Arabic. This is the reason why -an is written with an Alif.
