Found you through your Wing Chun, but I just realized you are also way beyond it. You share the fundamentals beautifully. Thank you!

8:10 sifu Adam Chan reminds me of Master YANG jwin ming. Deep and rich science, great persons though very humble and like to share. So glad that science of tao is still and well alive when we need it more than ever. Thanks from La Réunion Island

It's basic problem solving applied to life. 1. Define the problem, both the overall and the steps. 2. Show where you are on that map. 3. Figure out what the logical first step is to get where you want to be. 4. Take a look back occasionally at 2 and repeat 2 through 4 over and over.

Where can a novice of the internal arts like myself find information on proper post training? Sifu Adam, on your online courses do you teach this?

Wasn't chi kung or Qi gong the natural, correct way of breathing? Zin gun, spiritual, as I understood it, is that consciousness, that mind that force of will... That state of balance, the letting it go, relax, be a good man, a good worker, etc. That's very universal today, but Chinese moms are scary.. Not a bad thing in retrospective. I agree min gun ibeing taken sometimes as being tough... It's being healthy and live long and prosper 🖖 Like I do siu lim tau and chi kung is a part of it, it's always like Tai chi I think 😅 Min gun is usually the way to go in the present day. You can develop a little 10% zin gun. That grows with time. The state of mind or soul or consciousness, when I got to sleep "at will" 🤣 I mean, to relax and doing it with every limb, it's like lazy meditation, but it works. The more magical part of this way of chi oneself by breathing, like expanding one lung, by the correct posture, then the other, later send it very deep, then using sound you can let the air resonate like singing lessons, chest, nose, head... It's Russian vocal technique, hard and very focused on breathing Too much text. Sorry
