1. **Kihon**: This refers to the basic techniques and drills in Karate. It includes fundamental stances, strikes, blocks, and kicks. Practicing Kihon helps to develop proper technique, strength, and muscle memory. It forms the foundation upon which more advanced skills are built. 2. **Kata**: Kata are pre-arranged forms or patterns of movements. Each Kata consists of a series of techniques performed in a specific sequence against imaginary opponents. Practicing Kata helps with technique refinement, balance, coordination, and understanding the application of moves. They are often used to simulate combat scenarios and teach various principles of Karate. 3. **Kumite**: Kumite is sparring or fighting practice. It involves applying techniques learned in Kihon and Kata in a controlled, partner-based environment. Kumite helps develop timing, distance, reaction, and adaptability. There are different types of Kumite, including pre-arranged sparring (where specific techniques are practiced) and free sparring (where techniques are applied in a more fluid, spontaneous manner). Together, these elements help in developing a well-rounded Karate practitioner, integrating basic skills, form, and practical application.

Lastly if anyone is doing karate treat it as a lifestyle, a continuous process just don't think about stopping and you have my best wishes. 👊🥋
