IMHO, this is the most fun race concept so far. Not only sit in the front and sprint in the end. Scouting your opponents, make the course selection, discuss the tactics with the team, execute, then the lessons learned from why nothing turned out the way it was planned 😂 Also great space for ppl who wants to master the art of TC. All other races and training during the week are just to sharpen yourself for the next coming ladder race 😊 Every rider makes a difference and the best wins are the ones where your team wins with 1 single point IMHO🎉

Thanks Rep mate, I’m super glad you’re enjoying it! That seems to be a consistent theme from people who have ridden it, they say it’s amazing. Which league/team are you racing for? Maybe see you out there on the road soon! Thanks for the comment and support, appreciate it 👊💪👍

Ladder racing is a hoot! All the "normal" Zwift racing tactics get thrown out the window making it so much fun.

Absolutely great video mate, so pleased you did this as I have been wondering what ladder racing is for ages! Seems like a really good alternative race format with a strong team element! Enjoyed seeing the Snow team at the end there very strong 💪🏻 it’d be great to race with you guys 👍🏻

Great video as always Jake! I haven’t got a team to register so is it possible to join a team that’s already on the ladder?

If you join a larger team, example: Drafting Dino, Coalition, Herd etc. Tell them you want to join the Ladder, They will find a team for you to race on. The Ladder goes by your ZR rating. I'm an 8(silver). My team is 7,8 and 9. So we will race similar ranked teams. So much better that Zwift cats. So much fun. You won't regret it.

Thanks Aidan mate appreciate it. It certainly is, you can join any team that’s already on the ladder, there is a ‘transfer window’ for roster signups, etc - but to be honest I personally would NOT join one of the bigger teams as it’s very impersonal and you’re easily lost in the shuffle. That’s why I founded SNOW team - and we’re doing great. If you wanted to join up with us for Ladder or other events let me know we’d be glad to have you 👊👍💪

You can try looking on Facebook Zwift racers group for teams- personally I would avoid the larger clubs/teams as they don’t do anything to develop you and it’s quite impersonal - you’re just another rider. That’s why I formed the SNOW team which is doing great. If you want to join us for ladder just let me know, we organise events via Discord
