So far in this series we've looked at the first 4 limbs of yoga - the yamas & niyamas, asana & pranayama - which are the external parts of yoga, the things we practice in the external world. Now we're diving in to the next 3 limbs of yoga - pratyahara, dharana & dhyana - the practices that happen internally.
