Another differencr between DNA and RNA is DNA normally resides in the nucleus for eucaryotic cells (Never Cytoplasm) whereas RNA is found in the Cytoplasm.

If you take Ribose powder form supplement, is that as effective as a RNA supplement, say 500 mg. 1-4 times a day? I was adviced to take RNA to counter Sleep apnea, caused by central nerve system disorder. thnx
