Simplified processing
The simplified procedure must be limited exclusively to the verification of the supporting documentation of the degree in the subject specified in art. 7, subject to the provisions of art. 4, of Resolution No. 3, without in-depth analysis or specific evaluation process.
It will be the responsibility of the revalidating institution, upon verifying that the request for revalidation and recognition of a diploma meets the criteria of the simplified procedure, to close the revalidation process within 60 (sixty) days, counted from the date of the protocol of the request for revalidation for undergraduate courses and 90 (ninety) days for cases of stricto sensu postgraduate degrees (master's and doctorate).
The simplified procedure applies in the following cases:
For graduation:
Diplomas of foreign courses or programs indicated in the specific list prepared by the Ministry of Education and available through the Carolina Bori Portal that contains the list of courses or programs that have already been subjected to three analyzes by different revalidating institutions with positive approval. The courses thus identified will remain on this list for six (6) consecutive years, considering the date of the last positive opinion for the beginning of this period.
Graduates of courses from foreign institutions accredited under the evaluation of the MERCOSUR Regional Accreditation System for University Courses (ARCU-SUL System).
Applicants who completed a course abroad and obtained certificates or diplomas through the Science Without Borders Program.
Graduates of foreign courses or programs that have received students with a scholarship granted by an agency of the Brazilian government in a period of six (6) years.
Graduates of the International Module of the University for All Program (PROUNI), according to Ordinance No. 381, of March 29, 2010.
For graduates:

Graduates of foreign courses or programs that have received students with a scholarship granted by an agency of the Brazilian government in a period of six (6) years.
Applicants who completed a course abroad and obtained certificates or diplomas through the Science Without Borders Program.
Graduates who have completed a program abroad for which there is a double degree agreement with a stricto sensu postgraduate program (master's and / or doctorate) of the National Postgraduate System (SNPG), evaluated and recommended by Capes.
The stricto sensu postgraduate programs (Master and / or Doctorate) of the National Graduate System (SNPG) are obliged to inform the Ministry of Education of double degree agreements, indicating the term, institution and program object of the agreement, in order to that this information be disclosed on the Carolina Bori Portal.
