This is an OPL1. The trumpet is stable with no warbly effect, and the only wave I notice being used is the sine.

i can agree to the conclusion that this is OPL1. the sounds are not nearly complex enough to be OPL2 (at least i think so)

OPL2, final answer. Based on the trumpet alone, because the trumpet has some odd distorting effect in OPLL.

i'd say OPL1 with drums mode. messing around in furnace, i was able to recreate all the instruments almost perfectly.

Parts of it sound a lot like the master system fm module. If it's not that, then it's definilety some other, related fm sound chip.

VRC6 makes square and saw sounds VRC7 is an FM chip (OPLL to be more exact) my guess would be OPL1 in drums mode because the FM is stable with no odd distortion and the only wave i see used is a sine wave
