So you may already know this but this is pretty cool. Rick is based on Doc Brown from Back to the future, but he's also Reed Richards from the F4. Reed Richards created a pocket dimension called the Council of Reeds in order to solve all the problems of the universe with all the other dimensional versions of himself and Kang is Reed Richards descendant, so he also did that to ape his (great great etc..) grandfather's idea. Except that from a publication standpoint, the council of Kangs predates the council of Reeds, SO: The council of Ricks is based on the council of Reeds which is based on the council of Kang's which (in universe) is based on the council of Reeds

I have a theory that C137 Rick created the curve himself to trap himself and Rick Prime in a finite box of infinite universes.

I never really liked the idea of the finite curve. While there are an infinite number of universes, and an infinite number of ones where rick isn’t the smartest being, there’s also an infinite number where he is. That’s how infinity works. So there really doesn’t need to be/ can’t be a curve around the smart rick universes because there’s an infinite number of them

A universe without Rick and Morty? Sounds like a dream to me...

When you think about it, the dinosaurs were protecting the rest of universes when they closed the curve, trapping all Ricks in a place where they couldn't hurt the rest of infinity.

My theory is Rick helped create the curve to trap his wife’s killer, when we see evil Rick and morty in season 1 episode 10 I think they’re thing to leave or make a hole in the central finite curve but they need a bunch of ricks minds to figure out how.

You must not forget that the green area is also infinite, so theres an infinite amount of universes where rick is the smartest being but there's also a bigger infinite amount of universes where he's not

There’s still a solid 50/50 the dinosaurs didn’t actually re-seal the central finite curve, considering we still saw Evil Morty being able to travel through it with his portal gun afterwards.

That green circle should cover at least 99.9% of the red circle.

The reason why ricks like doofus rick exists is because his universe is in between the purple and green lines

I remember watching a scientist react to the first season and saying "it should be an infinite curve, if its following multiple universes theory" and then season 5 brought it up and how rick built the finite curve

Because Evil Morty was likely just made to be a sidekick, he finally betrayed and killed his Rick, scanned his mind then scanned a buck of other Rick minds until he figured out how to leave.

Well it just means that in Morty’s universe Rick can die for real or be outsmarted by something smarter.

Another way to illustrate it would be representing the multiverse as a cartesian plane with an infinite diagonal line from the middle mapping out several points in the plane, the points represent the CFC

Technically speaking, as long as Rick is the most dominant being in crossovers they can technically happen still

I like the idea that Rick prime crashed through evil mortys roof, killed his Rick, maybe gave him the eyepatch and told him everything about the curve, the peaced out

Honestly I wonder if the Ricks truly created the barrier, or if it was maybe created by beings outside of the curve as a way to keep the dangerous Ricks quarantined.

Makes sense that the council of Rick's is inside the curve or could even be slightly responsible for it
