Hello fellows, since it’s the season of peach we are going to bake a juicy,with the flavor of caramel and walnuts soft peach cake.
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
1 cup oil
2 cups flour/300g
Baking powder/10g
Vanilla/10g
1 ½ Peach
¼ walnuts
Preheat the oven to 175C, then start by peeling and slicing the peaches and nicely spread them in the 25 inch pan and set it aside. Then, make caramel with 4 spoons of sugar on very low heat and add it on top of sliced peaches, then add chopped walnuts. Make the batter as you see in the video, I and put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Finally, let it cool down properly then flip it over and enjoy!
