DAY 30 WHAT IS THE UNPARDONABLE SIN Matt 12 v 31-32 "Anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him." No one can come to God and be rejected, Christ saves sinners to the uttermost. Some theologians believe that the unpardonable sin cannot be forgiven in this our generation. Most people who think that they've committed the unpardonable sin didn't even know what they were doing as at when they did it. John 16 v 8 : When Jesus comes, he will convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgement. "Convict" (the greek word) in this context means to convince. The sin against the Holy Spirit is to see and know that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life yet reject it.... That is the unpardonable sin ; rejecting salvation when if it has dawned on your soul with clarity. THERE IS NO OTHER SACRIFICE TO BE MADE. You commit the unpardonable sin when you incessantly reject the clear representation of the message of the gospel. There are slightly varying positions on what the unpardonable sin is. EXAMPLE: When you see an Evangelist on screen saying something that you sense might not be consistent with the tenets of the Bible, do not label him and say he is not a Man of God, it is safer to say " what he did is in error according to my understanding about the Word Of God". Eph 1 v 7 1 John 1 v 9 If we confess our faults, he is faithful and just to forgive us of all unrighteousness ; dust yourself up, stand up and move on. The hold of the enemy when it comes to habits will be lost when you refuse to give up.

Man, I was just thinking and praying about whether or not I’ve committed the unpardonable sin. Mainly cause I’ve been watching things I shouldn’t on the internet and Ik God is calling me to stop but I ignored him and kept going. Afterwards I sincerely repented and confessed but it was still a question in my mind. Obviously what I did is not ok but I was worried about if I was committing blasphemy. I guess this answered my prayer. Thank you. Any prayers would be very much appreciated. Drop a comment below if you’re also struggling with pornography and need prayers. Or any other habit really ❤

DAY 30. 100DOD WHAT IS THE UNPARDONABLE SIN? Texts like Matthew 12:31 can be misunderstood. But first of all, no one can come to God and be rejected, and a lot of people who have been persecutors like Saul and still became an apostle say it all. Most people who committed the "unpardonable sin" didn't even know what they were doing. Why then did Jesus say this? Unpardonable is for those who reject salvation even it has been dawned on your soul. John 16:7-9. i.e. when you incessantly reject the gospel of christ. Ephesians 1:17, 1John 1:9 nullifies the ideologies of "the unpardonable sin". The hold of the enemy as regards that habit falls when you consistently rise when/after you fall.

The unpardonable sin is when there is clarity regarding the source but yet in rebellion for the sake of pride, you reject the source. However, no matter what you have done or how far gone you are, there is still forgiveness and redemption for you in Christ! - Day 30! 🎉 Part of the expressions of righteousness is that when you fall, you rise again. Accountability Check In: Day 30/100 ✅ - It's important to establish the fact that no one can come to God and be rejected. Christ saves sinners and save them to the uttermost. - When it comes to unpardonable sin, there must be clarity regarding the source and yet in rebellion not believe. Meaning You must have been Convicted enough by the spirit to believe that Jesus is the only way, but out of jealousy and pride, you choose not to believe in him. - When it comes to habit, no matter how far you have gone, God is willing to have you back, and it has nothing to do with the unpardonable sin. - Part of the expression of the righteous man is that when you fall you will rise again. Always very insightful with Apostle, Thank you so much sir.

Thank you a lot for this sir. Been following the DOD and it's been a blessing. Although I've got this question. Actually this verse was discussed rhis in Church one time and in attempt to justify condemnation for blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, the instance of Ananias and Sapphira (Acts 5) was sighted. Where they lied to Peter (the Holy Spirit in this case) and met with their death. Was it that there was no avenue for mercy and repentance for the couple or was their sin unforgivable.. Thank Pastey, Contributions are welcomed

Respectfully speaking I strongly disagree that the unpardonable sin is rejecting Jesus( we all know no one can be saved without Jesus). From the scriptures matt 12:22-32 you'll understand that the reason why Jesus warned against the sin against th holy spirit was because of how the Pharisees criticized the "act of the holy Spirit (miracle) and attributing it to the devil, with the intention of making people disbelive the acts of holy Ghost thereby hindering people from believing and following Jesus, even when the pharisees were aware that Jesus was from God and those miracles were his doings, but because of envy and also not to loose their congregation or followers to Jesus they had to speak against tge miracles he did. When Jesus said whosoever BLASPHEME or SPEAKS against the holy Spirit, it becomes clear that the sin against the holy Spirit is done by the word of mouth (talking) and not by actions. It's also important to note that Jesus does not and cannot LIE, if Jesus said you wont be forgiven in this world and the world to come, he means it 💯 and its a form of warning to anyone who wants to toe that line that, if you think you'll do it and get away with it, you should better know the consequence is Eternal. Those who are more likely to fall into this sin are ministers(false prophets or genuine ministers)who when they see the acts of the holy Spirit in another minstry (especially a ministry which actually leads people to Christ) and are convinced within them that its the spirit of God at work, but due to envy(maybe the spirit of God moves in a greater way in the ministry than theirs or the other ministry is growing too fast) they decide to criticize the signs and wonders (working of the holy Spirit) which inturn has the negative effect of making people disbelive God and refusing to follow Jesus.

I have a question sir. If the unpardonable sIn is incessantly rejecting the gospel of Christ, there’s an example of someone I knew growing up who used to be a fervent believer, used to teach us Sunday school and even preached the gospel that added a lot of people to the church and when he was frustrated by unemployment, he joined a Muslim school and converted to Islam, as the prerequisite to working there, is that unpardonable? Can one who once believed lose his salvation? Is the gift of God not eternal? I will really appreciate clarity on this sir. Thank you

This is interesting. Many men of God that we respect are actually at the risk of burning in hell. Just imagine a man of God opening his mouth so wide to call the senior prophet T. B. Joshua a soothe sayer. That means failing to recognize the anointing of the Holy spirit on his life and disperaging the miracles that he worked by the spirit. As a matter of fact, some of these critical apostles also attack other men of God and refuse to acknowledge certain moves of the spirit. They say, "miracle money is not from God". And some affirm certain miracles were worked by occult powers. This is troubling
