Can you explain Take Off Power Calculations? There's is a Static Take Off Power Chart specifically for the PC-12 that I'm not sure how to read... and I can't find any explanations online. Thanks.

Does anything like this also exist for roll and pitch? Sounds to me it's pretty useful in turbulences, especially in airliners.

Roll and pitch stability are incorporated into the design of the airframe. Dihedral, the slight V-shape of the wings, tends to roll the wings back to level when disturbed. Pitch stability is achieved through proper loading of the airplane. The farther aft the CG, the less stable the airplane is in pitch and vice versa. Good question!
