Thank you very much. Appreciate your comment. I also have further videos on Topology. I am working now on a video on Topology that deals with the learning methods, how to learn abstract thinking, as Topology is all abstract. I think you will enjoy it. Please subscribe. Thanks again 💞💞

Nice video, but still getting a confusion in understanding what actually the meaning of generalisation?
@physicsforstudents
2 жыл бұрын
Generalization means extending the formulas, functions, features further to another dimension or to further complex structures. Here, when we are extending the features of Euclidean space to Topology, it means that angles, corners, edges are no more valid, rather generalized to a broader scale. Think of mobile phone in earlier days. Such a big phone, only used for calling. Now, we use for messaging, phone, calling, scanning. So, today's phone is a generalization of earlier phone. I hope this helps. Thank you very much for watching my video.

Sir in a video you glued a clay cilinder and made a Torus, your visual examples in other are suspicious, are you an expert for me to know if expending time in this channel? I know you are an expert in Physics.
@physicsforstudents
Жыл бұрын
The gluing is just an example of topological invariance. As far as I remember, I never glued a cylinder. All I did was to show how without tearing or gluing you can stretch Euclidean objects to Topological objects.
