@@megafoonsport for sure, if I may indulge you briefly. I played at international level in my day, have a Sport Science degree from Tuks, a HDE & Master of Science in Leadership & Innovation, MSc LI, 2009, from UKZN (in partnership with Copenhagen Business School, CBS, Denmark), a qualified Level 3 IRB coach with the Lions under Jake White in 1997, a qualified Level 2 WR coach through the Sharks in 2017 (Level 1 through the Bulls, the then Northern Transvaal in 1988), and an Advanced Investec Coaching Course in 2015 in KZN...the late Ian MacIntosh described me - in a Natal Mercury article in 1985 - as, quote, "The Future Ray Mordt", after my 2nd Year Craven Week, for Natal Schools that year, so I don't say it or compliment Harry lightly or as a layman. He voiced and articulated some of which I'm aware intuitively and know instinctively and insightfully as an ex player, coach, and rugby lover. The only guy I've heard describe it in such a uniquely descriptive, intelligent, and accurate way, brilliant, really impressed👌

Where in the world does this guy get his info that Rassie goes and / or is obsessed with American College Football? These two sports, not even to mention a collegiate side can compare to what Rugby at a world stage is. Please don’t presume that you know anything about not just rugby, but SA rugby. There are no similarities between the two sports, zero. Rugby is based on heart, and heart alone. There is no way that Kwagga Smith will make an NFL team, but that is where the difference lies. So yeah, the Yank should stick to his sport which in total at the top end has 18 games a year, stick to that.

@@NicoDuplessis-cn1tv oh please get off your high horse and learn to listen. So typical… not once did he say the two sports are similar. He draws parallels but explicitly said the two sports are completely different. Coming back to what he said about Rassie’s obsession with NFL, they were talking about coaching techniques, coaching systems and coaching phycology. NFL is light years ahead when it comes to these techniques. Stop being n “Dom donner” now and catch a wakeup!

Erasmus is not selecting enough form players and not covering certain positions adequately. Too many passengers in this team. Kolis and Mbonambi are just 2 players that should not be in the squad. Mbonambi has been playing poorly since the WC. They both have been poor for some time and there are better players that the team could try out in their positions. Not sure who will replace De Allende if he gets injured? The Boks don't have a big 12 in the team to replace him., They will argue that they can move Pollard and even Sacha there, but both those players don't have the physicality or size for that role. The Bok backs already have a small look to it ....No real 8 in the team.Picking Kolisi in squad messes with the entire balance of the loose trio . Kolis is playing shite rugby and is a 50 m player(and poor player at that )Boks playing with one hand tied behind their back at present due to selection errors.
