~Fresh Kway Teow or flat noodles
~Fresh egg noodles. The Thin type
~Fresh egg noodles but using the thicker type
~Dried Rice Vermicelli
~Dried cellophane noodles or glass noodle.
These crispy fried noodles are also delicious on their own as a snack or tossed as toppings in salad and soups.
