Great to see you made a distinction between (continuous) movement and exercise, especially the extreme forms or fads of exercise that can set people up for disappointment and/or failure. And if we can keep incorporate movement in nature that's even better. Pillar #3!!!

Very nice presentation, thank you. We came to this video via battling auto-immune diseases in our family - rheumatoid arthritis and lupus in particular, for which Mediterranean diet and lifestyle seems to be highly recommended by many. Do you have any guidelines and suggestions for further resources like recipes and other detailed practices?

Thanks so much for asking- I have been working to make some materials and print-outs. It has been tough to find the time around my work but I hope to roll these out in the coming months. I use my KZitem channel as a video library, and I know there are lots of other sites that already have print outs. Stay tuned!

CbT helped me deal with that. Also a book called something like "monkey mind" or HD the words monkey mind in the title. Either way it explained how to handle anxiety

But.........I agree it is a healthier diet, but their culture for 100's of years has been healthy eating which affects genetics. For Americans to undo their genetic culture takes far more. The fats in the Mediterranean diet cannot assist changes in lifestyle diseases. We have made our own bed and we either lie in it or make changes. The only way Americans can make a change in their survival rates is a whole food, plant-based diet - no sugar, oil, or salt - and no animal products. The Mediterranean diet is a great start until there is a lifestyle disease diagnosis. So, identifying where you are in this educational process is critical for those searching answers.

Thank you for the thought and for being here! I think we are aligned with our thinking, the only part I am uncertain of is this concept of an 'American genetic culture' - genes adapt over thousands of years, much longer than America has been a country, so I am not sure about that. but I appreciate you being here and supporting the channel :)
