Surprised to see Spanish & Portuguese as a super small percentage (0.8) and then only having little Native American and little, also trace ancestry in Cyprus . When I uploaded my results to MyHeratige it threw me off because they had 15.6% Iberian and smaller percentages of Filipino, Indonesian and Malay. Irish Scottish and Welsh was 7.2% (huge difference from 23andMe) but Nigerian at 43% and Sierra Leon 19%. Also had Kenya as well. Its very interesting but very confusing. Pakistanis aren't indians 😂😂😂 Indians are from India. Pakistanis are from Pakistan. Pakistan is a diverse country which means there are more ethnicities and not just one... pakistanis are indic people (not indian), which means they are from the area of the indus valley. Western and northern part of pakistan are indo iranian people and the eastern part of pakistan are indo-aryan, and share similarities with north indians. Pakistanis from north western area have light eyes, much light skin and hair, whereas many from especially south punjab and sindh are more dark and indian looking. btw your beautiful!
@darkknight7724

Btw you forget India and Pakistan were same country before partition so they have same DNA ancestry
@AA-ex4gv
2 жыл бұрын
@Dark Knight LOL. Well not really. Both countries were under BRITISH Raj/british india. The brits called it india, indians never called themselves indians before, it was easier to call all indigenous people in british raj indians, they brits put all in one category after indic from indus river. These two countries (or areas) became one during the british raj. It was not one country untio the brits colonized. Before British Raj modern day Pakistan was under different empires for hundred of years. Read the history. Pakistan is a diverse multi ethnic country, (just like india also is) the only ethnical groups both countries share are punjabis... and actually also "mohajirs" who share dna with indians as they migrated from different parts of india. Punjabis make up the majority of Pakistan population but punjabis in india only make up less than 3% of Indias population. Punjab is even a multiethnical province in Pakistan, people have different backgrounds, north punjabis look different than southpunjabis. Punjabi along with persian was spoken in punjab before (due to the moghuls). About 15% procent of Pakistans population are mohajir. Mohajirs are muslim indians who migrated from different parts of modern india to Pakistan after partition (mostly were from utter pradesh india but many from other indian states aswell). The mohajirs native language is urdu. Urdu was developed in northindia where hindi was usually spoken as the moghuls extended their empire and the delhi sultanate dynasty. Urdu was adopted as pakistans national language but it actually doesn't have pakistani history as it was developed in north(east)india (utter pradesh). There is no such thing as indian dna cause "indian" is a nationality. Pakistani is a nationality too. That is why DNA tests don't write "indian" but rather southasian and they try to distinguish between northindian and southindian. DNA companies don't have enough data from southasians, thats why a big region is shown and its not split in smaller regions but when more people will get tested it will be easier for them to cut it into more regions like european regions are. Btw by breaking dna further its possible to see the difference. The average punjabis in india (who always lived there) even look different than the rest of indians, their dna is more similar to punjabis in pakistan. Of course some look similar in both countries. But Saying Pakistanis and indians have same DNA is just not correct as indians don't even have same dna. Is indian dna tamil? Orissi? Nagan? Northwest indian? Northeast indian? You are really ignorant, you don't know the history of Pakistan. I will say it again. Both countries were created during partition, before both were under british empire. Pakistan was ruled by different empires and not all of modern day pakistan was under the same empire, sometimes one area was under one empire but another wasn't. Countries lines didn't exist but regions of specific people existed like the provinces/states.

It says “indigenous Mexican” because as they’re able to more and more fine tune the datasets, they’re becoming more able to discern tribal DNA. They’re still not accurate enough to do that perfectly and nail down your individual tribe, they can discern -sometimes - between Mexican and USA or Canadian natives. That’s why they have to denote it as indigenous Mexican, because it’s not indigenous from Canada/USA. So, I’m guessing the “Mexican” label confused you. Yes, indeed some do. Perhaps is the Gypsy blood that some of us may have enheritied from Spain. This Indian blood (Punjabi) does show in my DNA. Gypsies seem to have originated from India.

I hope by now you have tried multiple other companies tests. Ancestry, based on what I've found (by taking 5 other tests) is that... Ancestry really isn't that great for DNA results. For example, Ancestry gives me 3% German.. Well , CRI gives me 50.5% German. And other companies gave me results in between. So...take many tests.

Your 11% Indigenous Americas - Mexico is Native American. Lots of people think that Native Americans are only in the U.S. They're from the American continent, North and South including the Caribbean islands. There are tribes all up and down the Americas.

LOL...UMM, ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE READING THIS CORRECTLY? BECAUSE I NOTICED 11 PERCENT INDIGENOUS AMERICAN. MOST TIMES, IF YOU CAN SHOW THAT YOU'RE AT LEAST 10 PERCENT SO CALLED NATIVE, YOU'RE CONSIDERED INDIGENOUS. YOU'RE MORE THAN A $5.00 INDIAN. YOU ALSO SHOULD TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT THE 34 PERCENT SPAIN, COULD MEAN MUCH MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE. ESPECIALLY SINCE THE MOORS, WHO WERE MAINLY AFRICAN, CONTROLLED SPAIN FOR AROUND 800 YEARS. NOT TO MENTION THE APPROXIMATELY 5 MILLION AFRICANS WHO JUST KIND OF WENT UNNOTICED IN MEXICO! OH, ONE MORE THING, YOU DO UNDERSTAND THAT THE ORIGINAL PEOPLE OF INDIA MIGRATED FROM AFRICA, AND ARE BLACKER THAN 150 MILLION MIDNIGHTS, RIGHT?

You know, it could mean that Indian people are a very old blend of African and Mediterranean/Asian. People mixed and then moved, genetically bottle necking in different areas forming new nations.

Did you ever think that Eastern Indians are you, and not the other way around? This human journey is way beyond our recorded history maybe the entire eastern Indian race IS a mix of so called black and Mexican. Just a thought.

Scientists say that there are only 3 races and all other ethnic groups come from these groups African , Asian , Caucasian . And even Asian and Caucasian come from African ancestry so In theory we are all really African .However it is amazing to see how we change over the years if we do not mix for quite some time . And amazing to see what we look like after mixing again . Both my grandmothers are mixed one black and white the other black and Native American . Africans that were slaves were sent all over the world so we probably have the most mixture and diversity in looks around the world .
