Guild War 2's leveling experience doesn't really stop at level 80. When you reach level max level on your first character a new system, called Masteries, will unlock.
There is a mastery track for Central Tyria, as well as the expansions (Heart of Thorns, Path of Fire, End of Dragons) and for the Icebrood Saga. Unlocking all of these masteries will grant you permanent Quality of Life benefits for your account, as well as help you progress in some of the expansions' story modes and open world maps. If you plan on raiding for example, the Heart of Thorns track is a must as well.
In this video we'll go over the 3 Central Tyria mastery tracks, as well as the suggested order to unlock them and how to acquire the mastery points necessary. Going through the list of achievements is already a daunting task for a new player. Choosing which of the 83 specific achievements that grant a Mastery Point to do first might be overwhelming. In my video I'll go over easy points to unlock first, or that unlock by gradually playing the game and exploring the world, so that you have a starting point.
Once you've done a few of these, choosing the next track will not only become easier, but also an exciting new challenge!
