As a tire service technician everything he did was spot on. For putting a rubber valve in a wheel, wether its a TPMS valve or just the valve by itself, you can apply a bit of tire mounting lube to the sensor and it’ll slide in easier. Most of the time it’s not a big deal since the valve puller has more than enough leverage, but if the valve is being stubborn and you don’t wanna break it, or if it’s a wheel that requires an odd angle to get the valve in, it helps a lot. Also the roller that came down when he was balancing is measuring road force, which is separate from the actual balance. No wheel or tire is made perfectly round, some much worse than others, the the roller will detect the rise and dip caused by that and give you a reading. Typically a road force higher than 25 will begin to be noticeable at high speeds, even if the assembly is balanced correctly. To fix this you may be able to spin the tire around the wheel to a different spot and try to even it out, or if the tire/wheel was just made incorrectly than it should be replaced.

Autumn 2002 Abq NM, one of our techs was servicing brakes on a 93 Supra, he clipped the corner coming back in from a joy ride and bent the rim like this! Not sure the actual price but that guy was not happy when he came in. Our tech was given a week off...

You should align the red dot on the tire with the valve. The red dot indicates the lightest spot on the tire. That should be aligned with the valve.

This happened to me like two weeks ago because someone who previously owned my car thought a mega heavyweight wit a V8 745Li was a great candidate for 22" aluminum foil wagon wheels and rubberband tires. Tire went flat, tire shop was 2 miles away, 3 welds later I ordered OEM 18s...

I'm getting PTSD flashbacks watching you take off those tires especially with that machine. I struggled like hell even with the newer ones from hunter.

Shouldn't you change all tires since it's an all weel drive? The difference in circumference would create excessive wear in the diffs? Or did I miss something?
