I drink my fruit from fresh fruits and vegetables. I do not buy fruits juices. So I am getting the fiber plus I add flax seed or chia seed.

I put fruit in a homemade smoothie with yogurt and citrus juice as flavor instead of sugar. I get the same fiber and nutrients but my gut doesn't have to work as hard to digest which might be a good thing because of my digestive issues.
