I like the flavor of onions in my meatloaf but I don’t like chunks of onions that just fall out. So I chop them in a food processor until they are almost puréed.

We’ve done onion powder or onion SALT. We just learned in the last year-ish that onion salt tastes More Like onion then what onion powder tastes like 😂 I love onion but my husband does not. I have puréed in the past, but he still says there’s tiny little pieces or chunks 😢. He’s severely picky and has a lot of Texture issues. I have a hard time cooking for him 😢😢 he’s basically meat and potatoes person and I can’t use veggies or anything to cook with. Sigh 😢

Try your chops at 400 with or without some type of brown sugar marinade or sauce, just seasoned are good too. They will sear sealing in all the juices. Depending on the thickness of the chop only go 15 to 20 minutes. You can also do a tenderloin this way. I am sure they are good at lower temp for longer but I will never do them another way. I do steak the same way with a high temp to sear and seal in those juices. Flip them of course. Yummy. Just a suggestion. Think you will love them even more.
