Your recipes keep me sane. Thank you so much! Also, I make my swede sing when making it into mash. You basically put it whole in the microwave in a bowl with high sides and cook it in 10 min at a time and keep checking and cooking until cooked. Search singing swede. I assume you would just stop cooking it earlier and chop it when softer but not fully cooked for putting in stew.

I'm a pescatarian, eat mostly vegetarian, and have eaten low fodmap for years, no problem. In a lot of your meals you could just cut the meats completely or sub them with veg substitutes like veg mince. You guys eat a lot of Asian meals and that's a good place to start for easy veg friendly. Maybe you should try veganuary?

Hi Becky, Love watching your videos, as have recently diagnosed with IBS and currently on low fodmap elimination phase for 3 weeks your videos helped come up with recipes that are not bland and boring. Thanks heaps.

I am milk protein sensitieve, gluten sensitive, and from the fodmap diet i could only tolerate the group from avocado (i think the polyol) and reintroducing food is really difficult as i react really strong. So i am really happy with your recipes for inspiration as it is hard to find recipes that are los fodmap, gluten free and usually dairy free. The only thing is that in the Netherlands we don't have all the things you use, and we don't have the finances to order everything on Amazon. But i already have more variety in my dishes because of your channel. Thank you so much and please keep sharing!

So glad to hear that my video has helped! You do end up having to make a lot of food from scratch, but it's so worth it just to eat food that you really enjoy x

Part cook the Swede in the microwave, like you do with potatoes. Makes it much easier to cut. You can cook it fully that way too, if you wish!

I love watching your videos for inspiration! I am also on a modified low FODMAP diet, and we have very similar triggers (wheat, garlic, onion, dairy) so I really appreciate that anything I watch of yours, I can make. What would we do without garlic oil and chives? :D I made your KFC style chicken a week or two ago, and my family really enjoyed it!

Hey Becky 👋, I'm a med student with symptoms of IBS and I've been studying some articles about Intermittent fasting linked to soothing symptoms of IBS, and I've been trying it for past two weeks and feeling pretty good than before, I'd love to hear your thoughts on that. Thank you.

Hey Martin! I've never heard that before, but I have to say, when I feel extremely bad, fasting is the only thing that ever makes me feel better. Obviously I can't really do it very often, but it has helped when I have no other choice. Hope that helps x

Hi. I haven't eaten Pork for a few years and hardly any lamb either. Too rich for my digestion. Beef can make my guts hurt. ?! It's organic chicken or prawns that i use mainly. Either are good in Asian, Italian, Indian and other "flavours". I follow a low-FODMAP diet pretty strictly. My god....I would NEVER eat garlic or onions again Traumatising lol I restrict nightshades too Inflammation trigger for me. Coeliac/IBS

Hi Becky I have coeliac disease and IBS my symptoms are very similar to yours, as a very young child I never liked meat and I still don't like meat or fish.......plus green veg, lettuce, tomatoes, fruit, soft cheese, onions , garlic, soya and sugar upset my tummy....Thanks to you I'm now low fodmap and it's really helping, at times it is very difficult to find things to eat especially because tomatoes which are used in so many things upset me badly......I'm thinking about asking my doctor for a breath test re bacteria.........Intermittent fasting has helped but I think it's because your giving your tummy a rest .... I look forward to your vlogs please keep them coming kind regards lynne 😊

If you're talking about the Swede, the second veggie they cut up it's a rutabaga.
