@@crawleyr4919 Yay! He’ll love it, I’m sure of it! You’ll cook them with the onions before you put them in the soup so that helps soften them up. I HAVE THE SAME POTS & PANS AS YOU!! Aren't those THE best?! They heat up SO quickly, and they clean super quick. I did make the mistake of using a fork to mix a roux a couple of times and scratched through the non-stick coating in my smaller pasta pot, but it's still good for boiling pasta in. And that first dish you made is making my mouth water! Chicken, cheese & broccoli are 3 of my favorite things to eat. I like to cook up some diced/shredded chicken in the pan, (the same pan you used in the second recipe 😊) take 2 pouches of Lipton Rice Sides cheesy broccoli rice, a dash of powdered chicken bouillon, and a pouch of velveeta cheese (they sell just the melty cheese that comes with the shells & cheese, who knew??) Cook the chicken, then cook the rice using the stovetop method in the chicken pan (leave the chicken in) and add the bouillon while cooking, then at the end, add the velveeta. It's amazing!

Personally I love your channel. I have become addicted and been watching all night after I subscribed. I adore your family and your marriage and how long you’ve been married is very uncommon these days and it’s beautiful and wholesome. I like the idea of the Thai noodles and they look amazing. I cook a lot myself growing up with two brothers and a single mother I’m also Italian. So I’ve been cooking since I was ten. I cook a lot of oriental food oddly enough cause I love Asian culture and cuisine. With the Thai noodles. Kinda looks like you were trying to do a play on Thai/Chinese take out. Sesame oil is so strong, such a nutty , punch you in the face flavor profile. Even when you just use a few drops. It looks like you used a cup... that’s a lot. Seriously it will overpower everything. Even 8 oz of pasta only use a teaspoon of sesame oil.. I think if you want that kind of coating, you be better doing a more traditional approach like hoisin or oyster sauce, soy sauce and very small amount of sesame oil. Trust me..a little with that goes a long way. Other than that I loved all your meals. ❤️

I'm not a thai food person ither. I'm with Cole. But the ingredients u added to the oil and I love sesame oil. So this thai dish I would give a try. I love spicy and I love some chinese food. My friend from church has a thai food restaurant it's called spice it up here in Stockton Ca if u ever visit. On the north side of Stockton on Lower Sacramento road and Ponce Delion. But wow cause there friends of course I have to go try there food and not be picky. I love shrimp and spicy. So I got some type of thia shrimp fried rice sence they know I'm picky and his wife told me what is in it. I said cool I do that. I don't like onions but I can do green onions. Anyways your thai food spaghetti dish looks amazing I would do those ingredients add some sauteed cabbage to it instead of carrots for me. I know my Husband would love it with the carrots and the sauteed cabbage. Thanks for the recipe I will try make it on Monday. Hopefully I'm not busy. I try do crock pot meals during the week cause so busy. Oh and also if u was praying for me thanks. My mouth is healed I finally was able to eat real food last Friday. Hi Mandy, I don’t comment much but love watching your videos and have noticed you’ve been gone for a while. Hope everything is well and looking forward to seeing you again soon!

I love your videos. You explain everything so well. For a blind person like myself it makes it easy to even follow your instructions to cook awesome meals. And when you make videos with your husband it is so cute and I love the way you laugh!

Next time to you make the broccoli chicken dish, try adding garlic powder and curry powder. It makes it unbelievably good. I also serve mine over rice

I will be making the first recipe, easy chicken divan. I had n order for groceries ordered at walart to be delivered later today. I had to add the heavy cream but we have everything else! I'm so excited. Thank you! P.s. I always trim the stems off the broccoli as its too hard to chew for me.
