I HIGHLY recommend the Follow Your Heart brand vegan cheese. My whole family are not fans of Daiya, I’ve found that using a combo of different brands works well for us. More specifically we like the American, provolone, and smoked Gouda cheese slices as well as the mozzarella shreds from follow your heart and I’ll buy the same daiya cheese you use and make my own blend for pizza. For a really good Mac n Cheese I use GF pasta then melt some vegan butter with almond milk and add in the provolone and American cheese slices sometimes the mozzarella shreds too. For even more flavor you can add in some nutritional yeast flakes, totally optional. And then combine that all together. My husband ate some unknowing it was vegan and he said he liked it better than any other Mac n Cheese he’s tried.

You're cooking videos are my favorite bc you cook healthy meals that even toddlers like. When I was raising my 2 sons in the 70s and 80s take-out was more expensive than buying groceries. So I made all meals every day. Your videos show young families that cooking can be fun and nutritious and on a budget. One thing I learned a few years ago from Rachel Ray was to wash all veggies when you get home from the grocery. I put all veggies in sink with cold water and white vinegar and about a half hour later rinse well and put in zipper bags with a paper towel in the frig. Also I got a pizza pan from DT and it works great. Seeing the kids "help" with cooking brought back such warm memories ❤💚💜💙💛

It is really nice to see the real mom moments that mostly get cut out of Mom life videos - the mommy moment at 16:15 is my 23 month old twins every time I'm standing at the Island or sink - one in front and one in back, just playing with each other!

When making “Marry Me Chicken,” I double the sauce, add spinach and I let it simmer covered in the stove in my round enameled cast iron shallow round pot. I love rice paper rolls! Instead of soaking them, I just rinse mine and lay them straight on the bench and they soften while I add the toppings and you can roll them up. It’s faster and easier than having to spread them out properly. My go to fillings are chicken cooked in tonkatsu sauce, avocado, tomato, cucumber, spring onions and vermicelli noodles. Love the video! Keep the real life moments in :) Hope you and your family are well xx

Paula AZ super easy in your crockpot put 2-3 chicken breasts with skin removed, a can of whole kernel corn, a can of black beans, a jar of salsa and a packet of taco seasoning. Cook either on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Shred chicken with fork - literally falls apart when cooked anyway and stir sauce through. My husband likes his with rice, avocado and sour cream. My son likes his as a nacho topping. Enjoy ! ❤️

Hey, Tiffani. Did you know that the stalk of the broccoli is edible. Turn the stalk over and you will see a light ring around the outside. Cut in to that and then using your thumb pull down. That removes the tough outer layer. Do this all the way around the broccoli stalk. Cut into circles, diced or stick and steam with the rest of your florets. It's soft and delicious and you're not wasting anything. I love your cooking videos because you cook so much more differently than I cook. I have horrible stomach issues and should probably go gluten free.

The first time I substituted a can of coconut milk rather than the dairy, the second time I wasn’t feeling chicken (I’m weird about it sometimes) so I used chick peas on place of the chicken and substituted a can of coconut milk again for the dairy, no cheese either time.
