Fun fact!! My parents have been together for 25 years (dating included). They got married on September 11, 2000. I remember watching it on the tv (it was in a cassette tape).

I worked in my college's cafeteria for a semester. They taught me to peel an onion is to slice through each end of the onion, but not all the way through and opposite ways (slice down one side, flip it over and slice down the other way...if that makes sense). Then it peels really easily after that. His cutting skills are fine too. If you are worried about him getting his fingers cut, they make these gloves that you won't cut yourself...since I am a musician, they made me wear one.

The only thing I have to say about the chopping, is it might be a bit safer to do the cat paw technique so you don't get your fingers. It does look very delicious I bet everyone enjoyed that meal. Good job with your work out keep it up! And yes, meat has gone up everywhere. It is because the plants responsible for the meat packing don't have the staffing. There is enough to go around, so no shortages other than people able to work the needed positions. It just means higher prices and some cuts of meat won't be as readily available. It is still better than the times when it wasn't uncommon to keep your own chickens or know someone who did, and if you wanted chicken for dinner you would have to do additional steps yourself before even cooking it.
