Nice place. Hope I could go some day. I love the fully coffee oriented style. Too many coffee shops that are about snacks and other stuff. Not to say that I'd be upset if there's good food but the #1 thing should be the coffee.

Sushi and coffee are two different things in Japan, but who knows, maybe western style you'll find both at the same place. Japan is where specialty coffee met filter coffee. You might have heard of Hario v60? Although Japanese didn't invent filter coffee, they made it good, while America and Europe stayed behind. While some hand drip techniques are not so hard to do, some takes months if not years to master (look for Osmotic Flow).

Please share more details. What kinds of coffee did you try there, and what makes them have quality coffee as you describe it? P.S. there probably is one, also for tenth the price, but not in paris, in Taiwan.

You can clearly see the prices in the video: A flat white - 6.5 € A double espresso - 5 € The special Colombian Geisha - 12 € So it is 23.5 € in total, excluding tax etc.

Genuinely guys there is nowhere like this place anywhere on earth. Certainly not in Australia, UK or the States. No takeaway, no sugar and only competition grade coffees, it's pretty expensive but you will leave incredibly satisfied and far more knowledgeable than when you entered (100% 5* reviews on Google doesn't lie)

I was new to coffee 😃 but after visiting specialty coffee shops, my experience was so negative and snobbish, 🤢that it left me with an extremely bitter taste, ( literally ) so, I have now exited the java experiment, and may you all bask in the bitterness of the coffee world in peace. Thank you! Bye! ☮

Even the best coffee would not taste good in such an ugly interior. I’m speaking for myself of course. I appreciates the countertop solution tough.
