Not tryna be a dick just being completely honest. sounds like you problem personally. Sounds like you can't handle pressure and having to move with a constant sense of urgency. If you're ever behind on beans it's always easier to just cook things ahead that's what the hot box is for. You should abuse the fact that you have 3 hotboxes 2 for your rices 1 on on the dml. When you know it's going to be busy it's easier to drop 3 black beans and 1 pinto bean. The 3 black beans to save on stockpots you can split then a bag and a half each between two stockpots. Plus a bag and a half of beans should usually fill a deep all the way to the hot holding line. You should always be dropping a full plancha of chicken. Not N.O.T a full pan a full P.L.A.N.C.H.A. if you're really good at squeezing the chicken should be able to fit two full deeps of chicken. If not you can usually fit a full deep plus like 2.5-3.5 extra lines of chicken or basically half of another deep. You should always cook chicken 2 times back to back. That way you have extra chicken for the hotbox. Then you can drop your steak samething dropping a full plancha not N.O.T a full deep a full plancha. That way you have steak for the line and steak for the dml. Then just keep alternating like that drop chicken 2 times then steak chicken 2 times then steak chicken 2 times then steak. None of your managers or going to say shit that you're cooking too much food. Because 1)its obviously fucking busy you're going to go through the food. 2) they'll be mad at you more for constantly running out of food and having to wait on you vs you already having the food ready to go just needing to be switched out onto the line and dml. Plus if you're always constantly cooking extra beans and extra chicken by the time lunch rush is over you don't really need to cook anything because of the fact that you made extra of shit that's when you can start slowing down on how much extra you should be cooking.

In the middle of the last year we started charging extra for rice as well. And tortillas on the side. A lot of stores are losing money for those items sounds like nonsense for a lot of people. But when I saw the projection sales... we are throwing away a lot of money.. But sadly on chipotle costumers will never be satisfied with nothing. At chipotle people comes more to complaint rather than eat.
