Justin the chase down is the best Cavs talk in Cleveland. Keep up the good work, like the good work you get from Zoom

Love the crossover with Justin! And I really appreciate yall dispelling some of these narratives with real data. I definitely learned a few things and reconsidered some takes about this offseason. Great pod :)

whats next is building off the flashes he showed this year. he took the right lessons from the knicks series, showed the efficient finishing and volume shooting we all wanted at different points this year. injuries held him back from displaying it all consistently, but that doesnt mean it cant happen next season. he shot 49% from 3 on 10 attempts a game for the first 10 games out the all star break. a guy who can do that, who also had a 2 month stretch where he was a premier finisher as a small guard, doesnt grow on trees. peak darius can be a top 5 shooter, top 5 passer, with 50/40/90 efficiency. its hard let go of the last 10 months, but before then darius was on a very elite trajectory

The overswitching, overhelping man defense exhausted the players themselves and didn't fit r personnel. That broke our players down. We should have been playing zone instead. DG has soon the ability to play off ball when he played with Rubio. The offense was so lackluster and didn't have a lot of off ball movement.

DG stays hurt and I don’t see how that would change.

We're all going to realize very quickly that DG just ain't that guy, he'll be traded for a wing or a big...

Theere are minimum 12 point guards better than Garland. He made a All Star team...so did Deangelo Russell once.....it doesn't make him a All Star player. Regular Season success does not translate to playoff success
