At some point in our training journey, all of us will come across a plateau in some form or another.
It might just be for a single lift, or it might be a more generalized plateau. As a coach, before I try to make any drastic changes to my students' programs, I have this simple set of diagnostics first to make sure that all other factors are taken care of before moving on to more technical changes.
