Everybody has to give this a solid try. Most people I know only do one round half-a** and that's that. They said they tried it. However the 15% of people who honestly try 4 rounds, implement it into their lives. It took me a little while to get the technique under my belt, but it was worth it. Life changing. And, thankfully Master Hof has opened the door for us. There's so much more to explore.

Love. Greek has 7 different words for love. Check the 7 Greek words for love-and identify which speaks to you most. 1. Eros: romantic, passionate love. ... 2. Philia: intimate, authentic friendship. ... 3. Ludus: playful, flirtatious love. ... 4. Storge: unconditional, familial love. ... 5. Philautia: self-love. ... 6. Pragma: committed, companionate love. ... 7. Agápe: empathetic, universal love.

This man is the perfect example of oneness, some ppl follow gurus, some spiritual teachers and some find this oneness themselves, this goes to show you that this 'UNION' isnt found in an indian temple, its not found at the top of a mountain either, you wont find it in religious books and there is no sign post to direct you......just follow your breath and turn inwards, you only experience life within yourself,I personally feel the oneness when surrounded by nature.....if you can discover nature you'll discover your true self ❤🙏

I started WHM in 2021 then drifted from it due to life distractions - no excuse really. At the end of 2021, I experienced the most traumatic episode of my entire life. And today I started practising again during or just after a major bout of emotional distress. I had heard WH talk of "getting high on your own supply" but never experienced that during my practices in 2021. However, after just one intense round, and breath holding for 2+ mins, I inhaled stopped, then just could not stop laughing. Buzzing. I felt just as high as during my chemical-addled former raving days and couldn't explain it .. the high lasted for maybe 5 or 10 mins and the laughter was uncontrollable. I am almost cautious about practising again because the effect was so powerful, but I will do it again before bedtime to see what happens.. ;) Just incredible. Love to WH and all the WH followers world wide xx

I'm happy that I found Wim Hof's videos few weeks ago. So cool. I practice since then every day. Question: Is it normal that I reached my longest breathholds during the first week of practising the WHM? I started with 2.11min and after 5 days with rising times I could hold my breath for 3.41min at day 6... This was the "record" so far, but I never reached a similar breathhold-time near that again. In fact it's rare that I reach the 3min. I know it's not about records, it's about feeling, but I'm curious if somebody else experienced the same decline? Was it perhaps only a kind of initial enthusiasm?
