Before commenting please read this! I wanna use this comment to give (and ask) some extra info! 1. The car insurance can be actually much cheaper, depending of the make and the "age" of the car: I have friends here that pay as little as 18 € for a full insurance of their car! 2. I forgot to say that the car costs (gas and insurance) are to divide by 2 ( the costs that i said in the video are in fact what me and my gf pay together) 3. This video is purely based on my experience and of course some informations about the cost of living here are missing (simply because i don't know everything) so please if you are a Swede, feel free to add information about taxes, health insurance, or any other thing that comes into your mind!It could actually be useful for other viewers! 4.If you didn't find all the info that you needed leave a comment! Hopefully a good Swede will answer to you Thanks to everyone! Peace out! 🫡

Electricity alone can easily be €400 per month during winter. How does that work?

Yeah, living in the bigger cities in Sweden costs alot more aswell.. Looks like he's renting somewhere outside of Östersund (~50k people) where renting is quite a bit cheaper, especially considering he's not in the city. Living out of the city can be very cheap, especially in the northern parts of Sweden :)
