Do you have or to recommend a course for people who are interested in learning how to sell Security Contracts for security sales reps or owning a security company I know you went into little bit of detail in the 3-minute stars that you did last year

Hi Emilio, I'm not aware of a course specific to security sales, but there are a lot of sales classes/trainings out there that can teach you how to sell. Once you understand how to sell, you can apply that skill to any service.

Hi! I wanted to ask how you would address a potential client. A bit backstory is that it's a shopping plaza and it already has security and with a little research I was able to get the property managers email. It is a plaza in a town that we are located and operate in. I want to say that we do not charge for overtime or holiday hours. How would I best address this situation or better yet incentivize her into contracting with us. As always, thank you for your input.

Hi Hamza! First which security software do you use? It might affect my answer. LOL! Just kidding. First off I would never not charge for overtime or holidays. Do you mean that you have that already built into your pricing...I hope so. Personally, I prefer not to compete on price. You should be offering something in your service that will blow her out of your shoes. What issues is she having with her current company and how would you fix it?
