Watch quite a lot of travel videos because I love travelling. Must admit, your videos are coming along great. Keep them coming once this all dies down mate.

@@steve-marsh I just visited the lounge on one of my recent trip reports , what a beautiful lounge and the service, talked a lot to the staff very friendly. But that there are no seats on the check in area of T4 , that was odd.

Ahoy Steve! Always wondered how JFK might look! That shower scene, sowwy but a wee thought popped into my mind from 'Psycho' (1960), a good thing you were safe there! XD If I can choose, better to face 'American Psycho's (2000) Christian Bale instead! XD Lovely foodstuffs, indeed! Nah, ye doin' a great job as always! Huge plus that you stay humble. Keep going! As a JFK Delta frequent flyer its great to see our home clubhouse - I always skip it for the sky club or centurion lounge, but will have to give it a shot next time! P.S check out the LIRR from JFK into the city next time, faster than the subway : )

Is the AirTrain a realistic way of getting from JFK into Manhattan, also assuming it is not a First Class exclusive thing?

The best way, seriously! Ok, takes an hour, but so much cheaper than alternatives. Would love to try the heli transfer though!

Not sure about JFK, but I know with the Heathrow T3 one, it says 3 hours before but they are fairly flexible in reality (have been in there up to 4 hours before not problem)

@@steve-marsh Hi, are you allowed to go to the other terminals to checkout their lounges even if your flight is at terminal 1?
@malahammer

Good grief! JFK's international terminal in the early 80's was one of the worst places on Earth :) And as for queuing at passport control.........! Then it was almost as bad getting out of the place!

@@steve-marsh I worked in Aer Lingus so I had the Staff Travel and visited the US a lot! The smells, heat, humidity no aircon, crowds, no apparent systems, place falling apart and with all airports at the time... JFK food was awful. But I do remember when they brought in a Pizza Hut type place and that was like heaven. Keep up the the travel reports as I've given up on a couple of the others vloggers, they seem to consider themselves more important than the video! Looking forward to more from you. Cheers!

Paul Furey thanks Paul! Great opportunity for you to travel - did that include sneaky wee upgrades? I just had to get out of New York this time hence heading up to Mystic Connecticut - it was a wonderful alternative! I’d only gone for the flight on this occasion so ridiculously cheap was the fare :) really appreciate your support, keep me on the straight and narrow!
