Hello Sir, Your videos are really helpful for me. If possible can you make some vedios on javascript bcoz these days java script based testing frameworks like webdriver IO are becoming popular because these automation framework can be integrated in development cycle itself and we don't need to wait for application to be available in QA env. for testing.

How to explain or handle in the interview for those candidates who got gap of couple of months with no job in hand till they get another job. Candidate might hav lost his job due to company closure, or the product which he is working on might have finished. Or he might be in bench for couple of months. Or some other reasons.

I agree that one shouldnot specifically say the salary figure although everyone switch for salary hike. gone are those days thinking for dream company. All companies are the same because every company has almost the managerial heirarchy, so appraisals n hikes cannot be satisfied to every employee. Don't ever stay more than 2 to 3 years if you feel that there is no growth in the current organisation. I am with 15+ yrs exp but salary is not proportional to gold price. e.g Gold price in 2010 is around 20k per gram and now its around 40k , but salaries are not doubled for most of the employees.

But during vendor call only they rejected me Bcz of gap. So can you please guide me that how I can convince them for scheduling my interview with client. Hi Naveen, Suppose if Some Guy is working Functional QA end from last 3.2 years, now he want to switch in Automation he doesn't have that much knowledge about Automation. But training and Practice he is learning Automation. But the current organization is offering onsite opportunity with same Functional QA role, So what he should do, Take the onsite opportunity for better hike salary and Better role in future or still Switch the company for betterment his future ?. It would great if you ans this Question.
