Has the 2WD Cybertruck still have the 123Kwh battery? 9 Powerwalls for $69K plus free truck!

I know cyber truck fans are all over this, but the problem with the cyber truck TOWING/HUALING is that EVs lose all their efficiency/aerodynamics and range when towing, a Model S Plaid towing something like a small camper or boat that usually gets like 300 miles range would only get like 90 miles range, so don’t expect the range to be high on a Cybertruck if you are towing a camper or a boat.

UNDERWHELMING, higher prices, lower range. Expect cancellations and stock down

Also, since the truck is a giant battery, you could drive it to a friends house and with a cable adapter if they have like a generator hook up, you could power their house

I don’t think this was the real delivery event It’s more like the pre-final version second unveiling Just so they can say they delivered some thing before the end of the year They obviously timed it after the third quarter so the stock has time to drop and come back again before the next quarter My guess is sometime early to middle next year. They’re actually going to start delivering real numbers of them.

A year from now those prices are going do be drastically lower. They're going to milk the early buyers for all they can until they reach mass scale. The 4680 batteries need to step up, they're still not meeting the promise.

You still would need coal or Hydro to charge this beast. I haven't seen a 127,000 watt solar charger yet. Do the math here. One hour charge for one charger could charge the cyber truck up. How much land does it take for twice that so you can charge in 30 mins? This is for only one charger. You need oil to charge this thing up. However I am sure it does better MPG.

huh? never seen a 127Kw charger? i have seen heaps. we have solar powered chargers, they solar system, charges a battery when the charger isn't used, then all that sorted energy is then used to charge a car. if you haven't seen solar systems that will power 127Kw, the entire state of South Australia, with its steel works, and heavy industry, has been 100% solar powered for many hours during the day, the entire country of 26 million has been up to 80% renewable powered on some days. and lastly, since when did it become illegal to charge an Ev from non renewable energy? even if it is charged from coal, its still 5 times more efficient. i guess oil refineries should be banned from using renewable energy to refine oil right.

@@SydneyEV It's basic math. If you have only one charger ready to go and it kept up charging cars all day you would need a football field worth of solar panels. if it took 30 mins to fill up a 100,000kwh battery back that would mean 1.6 million watts of power for that day for one charging port. 8 hour of uses so then you'll need twice that around 3 million to maybe even 6 million watts of solar panels to keep it all going and this isn't even taking about having 500kwh battery back there on site to hold juice when it's raining. These are oil burning rides like everything else. cheaper to run and no smog in the city but still oil powered .
