Nice! I like 6x6, you get a good amount of frames on a 120 roll and square photos require extra thought to compose and get right!

Nice! I belive the 120 film was called B2 film in Europe. Maybe the popularity of this film made Kodak to go to 620, just to frame in their marked share? I shoot with 620 cameras now and then and they are often great. But many photographers are put off by the re-spooling from 120 to 620 reels. Keep it up! 😊👍🏻

Yup, I believe B2 was an Agfa designation. I have a couple 620 cameras and some respooled film from the FPP. Thanks for watching 🍻

I shoot a lot of 120 and particularly like 6x6, 6x7 and 6x12. I’ve shot a little 6x17, but it’s far too wide for my tastes. The 2:1 ratio of 6x12 suits my sense of a good panorama without going too far. Speaking of Eastern European films, I am working my way through my father’s stash of 40 years expired, badly stored Orwo. Some rolls have mildew and this results in some nicely damaged effects. 120 is so versatile and provides a good sized negative.
