Laughable. I’m as positive as a CU fan can be and my first game as a student was Dan Talkins 06 vs Montana St. I’ve seen some things lol. But its cringeworthy when grown men spin, spin, spin and make excuses and I knew I would see some wild mental gymnastics again from certain content folks, and I hate to say it but Prime as well as S2. It’s not a good thing when you can predict with almost perfect accuracy what Prime is going to say now. How about trying a different approach coach and stop making us out to be fools by saying we are going to commit to running, saying the line was great when I’m sorry it just wasn’t in week 1 vs FCS and you saw how that translated against a big boy dline tonight. To say tonight was just one of those bad nights that happens in Prime’s summation is very concerning and tells me we are not going to see an amazing coaching job to get things going. We feel worse in many areas vs last year yet somehow have more talent on paper. Still undisciplined. And it just seems like a disjointed, poorly coached team with no bond and singular focus besides showcasing S2 for his NFL career (which he is in for a rude awakening if he doesn’t make a major change and start getting rid of the freaking ball faster too as it’s not just the line every time. It’s 50/50 again and proof is in the pudding when we upgraded on paper

This isn't on Shurmur, will you delusional people realize Prime wants a sideline seat to watch his son drop back pass 40 times a game. 98% of college offenses revolve around running the ball (most are based on inside or mid zone, some teams outside zone or gap runs) then you passes off those runs (RPOs) Then you have play action passes built off your runs. If you want to throw outside of RPOs, teams use quick game. As a last resort, teams go to drop back passing, which most of the time results in bad things. NFL teams can drop back pass because they pay freak athletes millions to pass protect (and run routes), 99% of college teams offensive lines will look terrible if they have to pure drop back pass all game like a video game.

I've been saying this sht all week, its not that CU can't run the ball, but they wont COMMIT to running the ball and getting Hayden into a fcking rhythm. 1st of all, whatever dumb azz point they are trying to prove by starting Charlie over these talented RBs......very stupid. I love Prime, but him trying to FORCE Charlie to be something he's not..........let me not go there. He's making Charlie a target of heavy criticism by doing that sht. ALL WEEK, I heard Prime, another coach, Neely and a few others, when asked why they wont run the ball, say "We had 500 yards of offense, and you dont need to run the ball when you got 2 and 12." That told me everything I needed to know. Then to top it off, Shedeur says in his presser why keep running the ball if when you need a yard, they dont get it...........1st of all, you dont ABANDON the run just because you get stuffed a few times, same as you dont abandon the pass if you have an int or a few completions. GET DALLAN INTO A FCKING RHYTHM, so that the defense isnt just teeing off on the oline and Shedeur because they KNOW you're passing every fcking play. That's football 101. WHY TF do yall have your oline in pass pro 95% of the game? OF COURSE they are gonna struggle. When we say RUN THE BALL, we mean COMMIT TO RUNNING THE BALL and get Hayden into a rhythm, get him going, so that it makes it easier on your oline and your QB in the pass game. But they wont change, it will be the same sht next week. I've been the biggest Prime and CU supporter and defender, but it's over for all the speeches, promises and all the other bs. I can't believe the coaches and QBs philosophy on running the ball. INSANITY.......mofos had ONE RUNNING PLAY on that early drive, hand the ball off to your least talented RB from the shotgun, it gets stuffed, and yall conclude THE RUN ISNT WORKING smfh

Watching this was painful. They started out passing out the gate. How do you expect the offensive line to gain any confidence if you don’t commit to running the ball even after a few stops. Clearly Charlie ain’t it with all do respect. Dallan had more positive Carrie’s then Charlie. O-Lines need to get a rhythm and RB need to build a rhythm even when it’s not necessarily working at first. Who keeps calling shotgun formations when it’s 3 and 2 or 4th and 1? I’m starting ask why doesn’t Sheduer never play under center? The one play he almost fumbled the ball and that why we didn’t get that first down. Coach always talking about practice… well the offense needs to practice under the center plays, remove Charlie from first string and run the ball with Dallan, Micah, Hood and 35. Why 35 ain’t have his name on the back of his Jersey? Smh I’m hurt …. 1W and 1L CSU on the clock ⏰

The Big 12 Championship is in play since they have not lost a single conference game. Obviously, if they play like they did today it is not happening. The talent level and the depth is much better than last year but they need to play better as a team. When a Northern Illinois team can beat a Notre Dame team coming off a great victory anything can happen in College Football. Hopefully, Dallan Hayden is okay. He has definitely earned RB1. Camron Silmon-Craig is crazy good. The team does have options this year to make changes & improve. It’s now time to make those changes.

Unc is delusional. Just stop it!!!! The offense is stale! There is no motion to keep the defense off balance. The defense is still not getting penetration until the game is over. How many times was Dylan sacked?!?! That's a gameplan. Freshman qb, quick routes, screens, get the ball to your playmakers!!! Literally, they played like CU should have played! Shedeur is holding the ball too long and his ego gets in the way of just throwing it away! Same thing as last year. They are not trying to run the ball and doing it from shotgun is garbage!!! Play under the center damnit!!! Everything can't be a shotgun, read option, trash ass handoff! Damn that...this is last year, but worse! They played better last year to start...sheesh!! Teams know CP's and Shedeur's ego get in the way of them seeing what everyone else sees...stop the damn spread and bring those receivers in to run some crossing routes! Forget Charlie and give it to Dylan. I need them to rush 30 times before they pass again because they can't pass if they can't protect! That NDSU game showed that teams can play around with CU whenever they choose. On top of that, my damn Michigan team is trash too!!! Faaaaaaaaahhhkkkk! This is going to be a long season! @@rafaelthemoor5198 Thats not what I ment. The only feasible reason Charlie is in there right now, is that the other running backs have not shown in practice they are good in their pass protection yet. Key word is yet. It makes sense with Micah - most freshmen tailbacks struggle with pass pro initially, which is why even highly touted RB's rarely start as freshman early in the year. It takes time time learn and then properly execute pass protection at the college level. My guess is that Charlie hasn't necessarily shown to be the better runner, but the better blocker. The coaching staff "trusts" Charlie more in that one area than the others right now. - thats my guess anyway As the others come along in their pass pro, the coaching staff will "trust" them more, thus switching Charlie out is what I see happening. If the buffs were running the ball 40 times a game - I think we would have seen Micah, Dallen or Agustuve start over Charlie and then Charlie maybe coming in on 3rd downs/passing situations. But because the buffs want to throw it 40+ times a game - its reversed.

It's part of Deion's psyop--grant the scholarship, promote to RB1, and connect with endless skydaddy talk. Now you have a young man that do anything not to disappoint his coach. I hope someone sees this comment. My son's football team won the junior varsity championship with an offensive minded coach, (Coach Ced Wilson who won a championship in highschool, college with Tennessee and in the Pro's with the Steelers) as they averaged 50+ points per game running misdirection, motion and all kinds of exotic plays. The next year, a new head coach came in and put the same team in a predictable "PISTOL OFFENSE" Two dives and a pass. With everyone knowing what they were doing, they went from averaging 50+ to not being able to score 7 points a game with the same group of guys. NDSU, had a great game plan, hell even Nebraska ran motion and misdirection. Yet, they put Shedeur in the pistol and every one knows it, and they take turns T' ing off on him. This is all on coaching and failure of having a game plan. I hope Coach Prime understands this, or they will not have a successful season!

I’m a bit tired of Neely being an apologist for everyone Prime likes. Mata has had every kick, point after they all look very low, very blockable. His kicks have not looked good. Prime talks Charlie, and Charlie is a great guy. But we have two backs that are better. Shurmur was hated in Denver for all his sideline passes and we see Sheduer throwing a ton of sideline passes. I don’t care what Sheduer likes; we should have got the best OC we could have. And don’t get me started on Hart and Flea. We need the best coaches. Not buddies. We are getting outcoached. Plain and simple. Nice to see the halftime adjustments; but why are they putting out such a bad plan for the first half?

Now we’re seeing why it took so long to hire an Offensive Coordinator, no established OC in high demand wanted to give Shedeur total control yet ultimately be held accountable for the results and possibly fired after 1 year again. Pat Schumer is a former all Big-10 center from Michigan State, running the ball is in his blood, and the fact that we are not doing it points right back to Shedeur not wanting to. Shedeur is exposing his lack of football IQ by not understanding how a solid running game benifits him, if this continues he will play his way into the 2nd round. Scouts will get to the bottom of why we never ran the ball. You don’t get to use the same excuse 2 years in a row.

Protecting relationships instead of being real … shocker. This is finesse football at its worst. Run the ball, stop the run. Buffs in BIG trouble. If they lose in Ft Collins the wheels will truly start to fall off. Unfortunately I could see a scenario where 2 & 12 decide to shut it down midway thru the season & get ready for the NFL. Then things really go downhill. Buffs on the precipice of this entire thing crumbling IMO. I hope I’m 100% wrong. Ive loved CU football for 30+ years. Their best teams (like most at any level) ran the ball & stopped the run. Buffs do neither.
