Anger. Grief. Hopelessness. Defeat. When these emotions come up, it can be tough AF to not spin out and do everything in your power to get rid of them. You might do that through trying to make someone else feel the same kind of pain, finding ways they 'deserve' to be mistreated. Or you might go into a cave of distractions, numbing yourself out to any and everything with food, film, or f*cking.
But what if you gave yourself permission to be curious? To feel the thing, rather than running away from it?
